The NP will assist in the care of patients and assist in directingstaff in the support of care of patients. Centers are opened 7 days per weekfrom 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday – Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends. Full time andPart time openings available, 36 hour work weeks and full Benefits and Competitive compensation.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Qualifications:<o:p></o:p></b></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Valid Nurse Practitioner License</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Some Urgent Care experiencerequired</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Current CPR certification</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Essential Duties andResponsibilities:<o:p></o:p></b></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Perform triage of newly registeredpatients</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Direct patients to availableexamination rooms and ensure rooms are set up based on patient initialcomplaint</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Collect biological specimens andperform testing when requested</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ensure each room is cleaned aftereach patient encounter</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Wound care when indicated</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Perform Electrocardiograms whenindicated</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work in conjunction with thecenter administrator to monitor medical supplies</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work in conjunction with thenursing staff to call back patients to ensure patient satisfaction</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Assist physician with patient carewhen requested</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Sterilization of all medicalinstruments after use</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Interview clinical staff</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ensure center compliance withmedical protocols</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Assist medical director with theproper functioning of laboratory – including running controls, proficiencytesting, trouble shooting instrument problems</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Scheduling of nursing staff to ensurecoverage during all hours of operation</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Other duties and responsibilitiesas assigned.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p></o:p></p>
